Advance Payment Policy & Remaining (Due) Payment Policy
Mehul Trvaels Provides a Best payment policy. You have to deposite only a part payment of your complete tour package to confirm it. Remaining payment will be paid at the Hotel/Resort Desk while check in the Manali.

Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure Policy
We know that you will cancel your tour due to some serious reason. But as per company policy below charges will be applied if you cancel your tour.

  • More then 60 days to the Tour Start date :: 5% of the Complete Tour Package Cost
  • Between 46 to 60 days to the Tour Start date :: 8% of the Complete Tour Package Cost
  • Between 16 to 45 days to the Tour Start date :: 25% of the Complete Tour Package Cost
  • Between 08 to 15 days to the Tour Start date :: 35% of the Complete Tour Package Cost
  • Between 03 to 07 days to the Tour Start date :: 50% of the Complete Tour Package Cost
  • Between 00 to 02 days to the Tour Start date :: Not any Refund

We will tried our best to minimize the cancellation cost, but it totally depends on the Hotels/Resorts, Volvo and Car Service Provider.

Amendment/Modification/Change in Tour charges after confirming
All confirm tour packages will sent an email containing their login information. After that if you require any change in the tour package then charges are as follows.
In case of Volvo Bus ?

  • More then 60 days to the Tour Start date :: No Deduction
  • Between 46 to 60 days to the Tour Start date :: No Deduction
  • Between 16 to 45 days to the Tour Start date :: 200/- Per Person Per Side
  • Between 07 to 15 days to the Tour Start date :: 300/- Per Person Per Side
  • Between 03 to 06 days to the Tour Start date :: 400/- Per Person Per Side
  • Between 00 to 02 days to the Tour Start date :: Not any Refund

In case of Car ?

  • More then 60 days to the Tour Start date :: No Deduction
  • Between 46 to 60 days to the Tour Start date :: 50% of all taken Advances for car
  • Between 16 to 45 days to the Tour Start date :: 75% of all taken Advances for car
  • Between 07 to 15 days to the Tour Start date :: 100% of all taken Advances for car
  • Between 03 to 06 days to the Tour Start date :: 100% of all taken Advances for car
  • Between 00 to 02 days to the Tour Start date :: Not any Refund

In case of Hotel or Resort?

  • More then 60 days to the Tour Start date :: No Deduction
  • Between 46 to 60 days to the Tour Start date :: 300/- Per Night
  • Between 16 to 45 days to the Tour Start date :: 50% of all taken Advances for Hotel/Resort
  • Between 07 to 15 days to the Tour Start date :: 100% of all taken Advances for Hotel/Resort
  • Between 03 to 06 days to the Tour Start date :: Two Night Chrages
  • Between 00 to 02 days to the Tour Start date :: Not any Refund

Refund Policy

After the confirmation for refund it will take 3 to 5 Working days to deposite the cheque in your Bank a/c.

Arrival and Departure Policy
Check-In – 12:00 Hours
All standard check in times are 12 Noon. If you gauranteed need for early checkin then you have to make bookings from one previous night also.
Check – Out – 12:00 Hours

All standard check out times are 12 Noon. If you gauranteed need for late checkout then you have to make bookings from one next night also.
eTickets of your Tour Package
All confirm eTickets will always sent on the guest’s eMail address with all login information and terms and conditions also.
Is this necessary to carry yhe eTickets ?
It is strongly advised you to carry your all eTickets with you. As your eTickets contain your due amount, respective address and contact numbers.

How will you get your eTickets ?
After your payment confirmation you will sent all of your eTickets within 24 hours. You will be intmated by a phone call or SMS also. In that eMail you will find the username and password for login into the login panel. In Panel you can take the printout of all the three eTickes.

Unavoidable/Upgradation
Unavoidable Case
Due to heavy snowfall roads are blocked or any natural condition or any construction work of Hotel or nearby or any Machinary breakdown or any other thing which is not in our hand.

Upgradation Case
If we are able to upgrade your any Hotel or Volvo or Car service, without any extra cost from your side.

In Both of above mentioned Unavoidable or Upgradation case, We have full rights to change the Hotel or Volvo or Car, without any prior information.

Mehul Holidays Liabilities & Limitations Policy

Mehul Travels acts as a travel agent for the transporters (Volvo and Car) and hotels/resorts. All eTickets or receipts are issued by us under these terms and conditions and according to the services provided by the above.

However all the tour and schedules are fixed, but due to some specific reasons i.e. strike etc. we have rights to change the schedule.

If there are any delay or alteration in the tour or in the expenses that has to be incurred due to certain conditions like the natural hazards, accident, weather, sickness, political closures, breakdown of machinery, breakdown of transport or due to any untoward incidents, Mehul Holidays would not be responsible for it either directly or indirectly.

All disputes are subject to Jaipur Juridiction only.
